Overview

Getting your data in

Before you can review calls, you need to get them into Callbricks. We've made this process as frictionless as possible, whether you're uploading a single "game tape" or migrating your entire history.

Supported Formats

Audio and Video

We support a wide range of formats to ensure you don't have to waste time converting files.

Audio

  • MP3 (Recommended)
  • WAV
  • M4A
  • OGG
  • FLAC

Video

  • MP4
  • MOV
  • WebM

Note: Video uploads will retain the video track for playback.

Manual Upload

Drag, drop, done

For ad-hoc uploads, just head to the Uploads page.

  1. Drag and Drop: Pull files directly from your desktop folder onto the upload area.
  2. Review Queue: Your files will appear in a queue. You can remove any you added by mistake.
  3. Set Metadata: You can assign a Team (e.g., "Enterprise Sales") and an Outcome (e.g., "Booked Meeting") right there in the queue.
  4. Start Upload: Click the button and we'll handle the rest. You'll see a progress bar for each file.

Bulk Upload

Moving mountains

Need to upload 50 calls at once? No problem.

When you drop multiple files, a Bulk Defaults dialog will appear. This lets you apply the same settings to every file in the batch.

  • Team: Assign all 50 calls to "SDR Team" in one click.
  • Outcome: Mark them all as "Discovery" if you're uploading a specific folder.

Pro Tip

If you're migrating from another tool, export your calls in batches organized by folder (e.g., a "Won Deals" folder). Then upload that entire folder and set the Outcome to "Closed Won" in the bulk dialog.

Integrations

Set it and forget it

Manual uploads are great, but automation is better. Connect Zoom to have your recordings automatically sync to Callbricks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upload video files?
Yes! We support MP4, MOV, and WebM. We will extract the audio for transcription, but you can still watch the video playback.
Is there a file size limit?
We accept files up to 1GB. For larger files, we recommend compressing them first or using our Zoom integration.
How long does processing take?
It depends on the length of the call, but typically it takes about 10-20% of the call's duration. A 30-minute call is usually ready in 3-5 minutes.
