Zoom integration guide

Step-by-step instructions for integrating CallBricks with Zoom.

Adding the Zoom Integration

Navigate to Settings: Log in to your CallBricks account and go to Settings → Integrations.
Find Zoom: Locate the Zoom integration card in the integrations list.
Click Connect: Click the "Connect" button next to Zoom.
Authorize Access: You'll be redirected to Zoom's authorization page. Review the permissions and click "Authorize."
Confirmation: Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to CallBricks, and the integration will show as "Connected."

Using the Zoom integration

Automatic Sync: Once connected, CallBricks periodically syncs your Zoom recordings. New recordings appear in your Calls list shortly after they become available.

Webhook Processing: Enable Zoom webhooks for faster imports. Even without webhooks, scheduled polling keeps integrations up to date.

Deduplication: If you upload a call manually that was already synced from Zoom, our system automatically detects and prevents duplicates.

Required permissions

Recording:Read — Access to view your meeting recordings
Meeting:Read — Access to meeting metadata and information

Important notes:

Only Zoom cloud recordings are synced. Local recordings must be uploaded manually.
Recordings must be enabled in your Zoom account settings.
Processing time depends on recording length and current queue load.
You can still manually upload recordings even with the integration connected.

LeadConnector integration

Connect your LeadConnector account via OAuth to sync call recordings. Go to Settings → Integrations → LeadConnector → Connect and complete the authorization flow.

Manual upload

Supported formats: MP3, WAV, M4A, and other formats supported by AssemblyAI.

Navigate to Uploads in the sidebar
Click "Upload Files" or drag and drop audio files
Add optional metadata (title, date, participants)
Click "Start Upload"
Files will be processed automatically through our pipeline

Transcription

Audio is transcribed using AssemblyAI with speaker diarization to identify different speakers.
