We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform.

2.4 Integration Data

When you connect third-party integrations (Zoom, Google Calendar, LeadConnector), we may access and store relevant data necessary to provide the Service, including meeting metadata, participant information, and call recordings.

We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and log data.

  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Google Workspace API Limited Use

CallBricks' use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Workspace API data is used only to provide and improve user-facing features that you request, such as connecting Google Calendar to identify meetings that can be processed by CallBricks. We do not use Google Workspace API data to serve ads, and we do not sell Google Workspace API data.

We do not allow humans to read Google Workspace API data unless you have given us consent for support or security purposes, it is necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

When you delete your account or request deletion of specific data, we will delete or anonymize your information in accordance with our data retention policies, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.
