We process call recordings and transcripts that you upload or sync through integrations (Zoom, LeadConnector). This includes audio files, transcriptions, speaker diarization, and related metadata.

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the platform.

2.4 Integration Data

When you connect third-party integrations (Zoom, Google Calendar, LeadConnector), we may access and store relevant data necessary to provide the Service, including meeting metadata, participant information, and call recordings.

2.5 Technical Data

We automatically collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and log data.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: To provide, maintain, and improve our call transcription and management services.
• Processing: To transcribe calls and provide call management tools.

• Within Your Workspace: Information is shared with authorized members of your organization based on role-based access controls.
• Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party providers including Supabase (database and authentication), AssemblyAI (transcription services), and cloud hosting providers.

• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share information.

CallBricks' use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google Workspace API data is used only to provide and improve user-facing features that you request, such as connecting Google Calendar to identify meetings that can be processed by CallBricks. We do not use Google Workspace API data to serve ads, and we do not sell Google Workspace API data.

We do not allow humans to read Google Workspace API data unless you have given us consent for support or security purposes, it is necessary for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

When you delete your account or request deletion of specific data, we will delete or anonymize your information in accordance with our data retention policies, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.
