These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

CallBricks is an AI-powered sales call intelligence platform that provides:

  • Call transcription and speaker diarization
  • Automated outcome classification
  • AI-powered insights extraction (objections, sentiment, pricing signals, buyer roles, next steps)
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Call notes and bookmarks
  • Integration with third-party platforms (Zoom, LeadConnector)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Workspace Accounts

If you create or join an organization account, organization administrators may have access to your account data and usage within that organization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Upload or transmit any malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to train competing AI models or products
  • Scrape or extract data from the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CallBricks and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any call recordings, transcripts, and notes you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the Service.

5.3 AI-Generated Insights

AI-generated insights, analyses, and summaries produced from your content are provided for your use under your account. We do not claim ownership of insights derived from your proprietary call data.

6. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the public.

You may terminate your account at any time through Settings → Profile. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallBricks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
