The CallBricks Salesforce integration syncs call transcripts, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC field extractions, objection signals, and ICP scores into Salesforce opportunities and contact records after every call. Unlike Salesforce Einstein Conversation Insights, which requires Salesforce Sales Cloud at $150–$300/user/month, CallBricks works as an add-on to any Salesforce edition and delivers deeper cross-call aggregation. Teams can map CallBricks outputs to custom Salesforce fields in their existing object schema.

In CallBricks Settings → Integrations, click "Connect Salesforce" and authorize the OAuth connection with your Salesforce credentials. Works with Salesforce Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited editions. Your Salesforce admin may need to approve the connected app.
Use the CallBricks field-mapping screen to assign extracted data — MEDDIC fields, objection type, ICP score, call summary — to the corresponding Salesforce Opportunity, Contact, or Activity fields. Both standard Salesforce fields and custom fields in your existing schema are supported.
Once connected, CallBricks automatically syncs call data to the matched Salesforce opportunity and contact after every processed call. A call activity log is also created in Salesforce for audit trail purposes.
